Facilitate meaningful connections among Crecimiento Community members with Agile Networking Events. Fostering learning and synergies that drive individual and collective growth , and new businesses among the community

Program Goal and Alignment with Crecimiento
• Alignment with Crecimiento’s Vision:
This program aligns with Crecimiento’s goals by increasing community NPS and engagement metrics through structured and impactful networking events. By fostering collaboration and inclusivity, the initiative strengthens the builder funnel and enhances ecosystem cohesion.
Expected Impact
• Drive participant engagement by replicating the success of prior initiatives like Networking World Summit 2021, International Networking Olympics 2021, EmpowerFem 2022, and Automatic Business Matchmaking App 2024.
• Enhance the community’s NPS and increase collaboration among members.
• Metrics:
Achieve and maintain an NPS of 98.
Monitor participant satisfaction, number of connections made, and follow-up engagement via sign-ups on the MatchMaking Platform.
• Required Support. Support Needs:
Communication support to promote the event within Crecimiento’s ecosystem.
Collaboration with Web3 communities or other partners to broaden the reach.
• Partnerships:
Explore announcements through other Web3-focused communities aligned with Crecimiento’s vision.
• Timeline. Duration:
Our idea is to run 2 different Agile Networking Events during March and analyse metrics and feedback from the audience to continue with these events bimonthly.
Less than 50 participants: 40-minute session.
More than 50 participants: 1-hour session.
• Key Phases:
- Promotion:
Build momentum through Crecimiento’s channels.
Leverage the success of Aleph de Verano (40-person event in December) as a case study.
- Execution:
Conduct the event using proven networking dynamics tailored to Crecimiento’s ecosystem.
- Follow-Up:
Enable participants to register and continue engagement on the MatchMaking Platform.
This proposal builds on proven methodologies and tools to enhance Crecimiento’s ecosystem, leveraging expertise, innovation, and strategic alignment for long-term growth and success.
