0. Intro to the Program
This initiative is a community meetup organized as part of Bolt’s “World’s Largest Hackathon,” aimed at fostering local participation in Buenos Aires. The meetup provides an inclusive, relaxed environment where innovators, creators, and community members from diverse backgrounds can connect, discuss ideas, form teams, and prepare for the global hackathon.
The event will encourage active participation, networking, and collaboration, supported by myself to engage local talent and innovation. This will be the hackathon kickoff.

Primary Objective:
- To foster local engagement in the global Bolt hackathon, create teams, and support innovation across diverse backgrounds, especially targeting individuals passionate about technology, AI, blockchain, and product innovation.
Alignment with Crecimiento:
- Directly aligns with Crecimiento’s vision of fostering a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and technological collaboration.
- Strengthens Crecimiento’s reputation as a hub for community-driven innovation events.
- Supports short and long-term objectives of growing the local tech and innovation ecosystem.
- Open up the space to tech innovation including non-devs and non-web3
Contribution to Crecimiento’s Ecosystem:
- Encourages participation of diverse community members, broadening Crecimiento’s reach.
- Offers opportunities for local innovators to connect globally, bringing attention and potential partnerships to Crecimiento.
3. Expected Impact
Specific outcomes and milestones:
- Attract and engage 15-30 local innovators and creators at the meetup.
- Increased visibility for Crecimiento as a vibrant, supportive hub for tech and innovation.
- Help anyone from crecimiento to participate in this hackathon opportunity
Metrics for Success:
- Number of participants
- Active participation in Bolt’s global hackathon.
- Post-event survey feedback indicating positive experiences and increased interest in further engagements at Crecimiento.
- Content created and posted in the river event and social media
4. Required Support
Specific support needed:
- Operational: Use of Crecimiento coworking space for hosting the event.
Leverage Crecimiento’s Resources:
- I would only expect a space for 15-30 people to be able to have a conversation. The co-work space is more than enough! nothing else needed.
5. Timeline
Duration:
- One-day event, approximately 2-4 hours, ideally scheduled on May 20th, 2025 (flexible between May 19th-22nd, after 5 PM).
Key Phases and Milestones:
- Pre-Event (early-mid May): Marketing, outreach, and logistical planning.
- Event Day (May 20th, flexible): Meetup and community engagement.
- Post-Event (late May): Participant follow-up, feedback collection, and promotion of success stories and teams formed.
Potential Risks and Mitigation:
I don’t see any risks other than maybe low attendance, but I don’t think this will be an issue!
