0. Intro to the Program

Intershippers ORT is an educational event designed to introduce high school students to the Web3 ecosystem. This participatory workshop combines theoretical foundations, real-life experiences from Web3 professionals, and hands-on interactive activities. The program aims to spark curiosity, inspire interest in tech careers, and provide free resources to continue learning about blockchain, crypto, and decentralized technologies.

Key components of the workshop include:

  • Introduction to Web3 and its career opportunities
  • First-hand stories from professionals working in the ecosystem
  • Curated list of free learning resources
  • Interactive activities with Web3 tools and core concepts.

1. Team

Core Members:

  • Pablo Cabona Suárez – Marketing and Public Relations at SEED Latam. Responsible for program coordination, with extensive experience organizing educational and community-focused Web3 events.

Experience and relevant projects:

  • Marketing & Comms at SEED Latam
  • Marketing Manager at LABITCONF, one of the most important crypto conferences in LATAM.

Unique qualifications: The team brings together expertise in Web3, educational marketing, and institutional relationships. It also has existing connections with institutions such as ORT and physical venues like Aleph Hub.


2. Program Goal and Alignment with Crecimiento

Main Objective: To promote early exposure of students to the Web3 space, foster curiosity about emerging technologies, and connect the ecosystem with the next generation of professionals.

  • Reinforces Crecimiento’s mission to position Argentina as an educational and innovation hub in Web3.
  • Bridges the gap between the crypto ecosystem and the academic community—a key long-term strategy for Crecimiento.
  • Encourages skill development and tech-oriented career paths aligned with the future of work.

Ecosystem impact: This initiative supports the creation of informed future users, developers, and entrepreneurs in the Web3 space.


3. Expected Impact

Expected Outcomes:

  • Engagement of 60 students in the pilot session.
  • Post-event survey to evaluate impact and interest.
  • Connections to further learning and community participation.

  • Attendance rate and participant numbers.
  • Survey results measuring satisfaction and interest in further learning.
  • Number of students accessing the shared learning resources.
  • Intent to continue Web3 education (survey-based).

4. Required Support

Requested Support:

  • Auditorium space only — all other operational, content, and coordination needs will be managed by SEED Latam and the ORT team.

5. Timeline

Program Date and Duration:

  • July 23, 2025 – 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Program Phases:

  • Student call and coordination by ORT.
  • Speaker invitation and agenda coordination by SEED Latam.
