    This program aims to provide pedagogical-didactic mentoring to technical profiles of the Web3 ecosystem, helping them to effectively transmit their knowledge to diverse audiences. It also supports those who wish to introduce blockchain and Web3 concepts at secondary and primary educational levels, ensuring that these ideas are accessible to students and educators. Leveraging my extensive experience in education and digital tools, the program will foster the development of new educators and communicators in the ecosystem, improving its inclusivity and reach.

  2. Equipment
    Leader: Sergio Rieznik, education specialist with more than 30 years of experience working with active pedagogies, digital transformation and STEAM methodologies.
    Relevant Experience:
    Coordination of the technology area in an innovative school, integrating digital education at all levels.
    Leadership of the successful W3DT program, which offered impactful mentorship to Web3 professionals.
    Network and Connections: Collaboration with key actors of the Web3 ecosystem in LATAM, including developers, educators and organizations such as APRENDO, SOLOW, ETH KIPU.

  1. Program Objective and Alignment with Crecimiento
    Main Objective: Provide mentorship and resources to empower technical professionals and educators, helping them communicate Web3 and blockchain concepts effectively, expanding their reach to diverse audiences, including younger students.

Short term: Strengthen the ecosystem by equipping more educators and communicators with the skills to teach blockchain and Web3.

    Direct Participants: Technical profiles that apply and can be selected to receive mentoring.
    Indirect Scope: Multiplicity of members or not of the ecosystem to whom the training and talks of those who were mentored reach.

    Operational Support: Free access to the HUB and to working documents and information to design mentoring materials adapted to each need.
    Mentoring and Guidance: Participation in workshops and collaboration with blockchain, technology and education experts to offer a comprehensive mentoring experience.
    Marketing and Promotion: Visibility through social media, newsletters, and the Crecimiento website to attract participants and show results.
    Networks and Connections: Linking with universities, companies and organizations within the Crecimiento network to expand the scope and impact of the program.

  3. Schedule
    Duration: A first stage of 12 months is proposed during the year 2025.
    Preparation of registration forms and promotional materials.
    Permanent opening of registration and selection of participants.
    Carrying out personalized sessions (45-50 minutes each).
    Provision of self-guided learning materials
    Permanently available to collaborate with whoever needs it depending on the time and agenda agreement.
    Accompaniment in pop up cities or Crecimiento events. Always with the criterion of “being available” to whoever requires a talk or pedagogical mentoring based on their needs for action.
    Guides ventures that enhance the communication of the ecosystem to students (young people and adolescents).

I already left the complete proposal in the previous comment as you had requested.

As for starting with a pilot proposal to evaluate results, it seems perfect to me.

My idea is to be able to support, from my experience and my career in education, all the web3 actions that take place within the framework of a Crecimiento Aleph and consider that my talks, contributions or mentoring may be useful.

I usually go to Alef once a week except when I am traveling.

If you like, I could generate a registration form so that you can spread it and I can too, and those who are interested can sign up to coordinate an interview, either virtual or in person, according to the convenience of both.

And from the meetings, we will build the path to see what needs can be covered with my support.
