The event will bring together key players from the gastronomic sector, including restaurant owners, entrepreneurs, and technology providers, as well as members of the crypto industry interested in expanding adoption in real-world use cases.
The program will include:
- A keynote on the fundamentals of crypto payments
- A panel discussion on the digital transformation of payments in the gastronomic industry
- Networking opportunities for business owners, tech providers, and crypto enthusiasts
We believe that hosting this event at Crecimiento’s auditorium will significantly enhance its impact, given the organization’s alignment with the mission of expanding crypto adoption in Argentina. Furthermore, this event will help accelerate the adoption of crypto payments in the area surrounding Aleph Hub, where many merchants are already using SimpleFi to accept crypto.
1. Team
- SimpleFi is a platform facilitating crypto payments for businesses. It has integrated with major POS systems and onboarded 30+ merchants. Also, they have conducted the MORFI Token experiment during the first Aleph.
- Bistrosoft is a leading POS system tailored to the restaurant industry, helping streamline operations and integrate payment methods.
Both teams have successfully implemented digital payment solutions in the hospitality sector and are uniquely positioned to drive this conversation.
2. Program Goal and Alignment with Crecimiento
The main goal of this program is to accelerate the adoption of crypto payments in the hospitality sector by:
- Educating restaurant owners and entrepreneurs on the benefits of accepting crypto payments
- Showcasing real-world implementations of crypto transactions in restaurants
- Connecting key players in the gastronomic and crypto ecosystems to drive collaboration
This initiative aligns with Crecimiento’s mission of fostering real-world crypto adoption and integrating decentralized technologies into everyday transactions. By supporting this event, Crecimiento strengthens its position as a catalyst for the expansion of crypto payments in Argentina, with a particular focus on boosting adoption in Buenos Aires.

We will measure success through:
- Attendance numbers and engagement during the event
- Number of new merchants exploring crypto payment solutions after the event

4. Required Support
To maximize the impact of this event, we request:
- Venue: Use of Crecimiento’s large auditorium on March 31, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Recording Equipment: Access to audiovisual recording and streaming capabilities to produce high-quality content for post-event distribution
This support will ensure broader visibility for the event and enable continued education beyond the live session.
5. Timeline
This is intended to be a one-time event, taking place on March 31. However, if it proves successful, we are open to replicating it in the future to further drive crypto-payments adoption in other sectors.
We do not foresee major risks, but in case of logistical challenges, we are prepared to adjust the event format to ensure smooth execution.
