Request for User Testing Mentorship Session with Aleph Finance & Team
Team
Bufi is a project developed by Tomás^2 and Daniss, we met at Crecimiento back in November and are recent winners of the Aleph de Verano hackathon. We’ve been developing our product from within the Hub, creating a solution similar to Request Finance but with unique features designed specifically for teams like those within the Crecimiento ecosystem. We first noticed Request given that the Crecimiento team itself asked us to submit an invoice after winning the hackathon using this product. As such, we believe our first user testing session must be the Crecimiento team which would be highly productive to start testing our features.
We are preparing to leave the Hub after what would be 6-months of unforgettable building in Concepcion. After the Aleph march pop-up, we will be heading to London as the first accepted team to the Avalanche Accelerator program, Codebase. We will remain there for a couple of month’s as we open our pre-seed round and will then return to Argentina to launch our solution.
Program Goal
Our aim is to get Mentorship from Crecimiento to conduct targeted user testing sessions with Aleph’s accounting, payments, and team management departments to gather crucial feedback on our product. After winning at the hackathon, we noticed that payments were processed through Request Finance, which aligns perfectly with the solution we’re building. These sessions will help us validate our approach and prioritize features that address real pain points.
Alignment with Crecimiento’s Goals
Our project directly supports Crecimiento’s ecosystem growth by:
- Building financial infrastructure tools specifically designed for crypto-native organizations.
- Creating solutions from within the Hub that can serve the broader ecosystem and start validating these ideas at the market level.
- Strengthening the local builder community with products that address real needs.
- Contributing to the maturation of operational tools for crypto projects in Argentina.
Expected Impact
- Improved product-market fit for a tool that can benefit multiple organizations and individuals within the Crecimiento ecosystem.
- Enhanced financial operations capability for teams operating in the crypto space.
- Creation of a showcase product that demonstrates the quality of builders working from the Hub.
- Potential for wider adoption that could bring visibility to the Crecimiento ecosystem.
Required Support
We are requesting:
- Access to Team Members: Coordination of 1-2 user testing sessions with members of Aleph’s finance and operations teams
- Meeting Space: A quiet space at the Hub for conducting these sessions
- Mentorship: Brief guidance on how to structure these user testing sessions for maximum value
- Feedback Channel: Ongoing communication channel with relevant team members for follow-up questions
Timeline
- Week 1: Initial planning meeting and session setup
- Week 2: First user testing session (60-90 minutes)
- Week 3: Analysis of feedback and product adjustments
- Week 4: Follow-up session and presentation of learnings/next steps
We’re flexible with scheduling and can work around the availability of the Aleph team members. Given the pop-up is just around the corner, we’d rather start this process asap.
Thank you for considering our proposal. We believe this collaboration will not only help improve Bufi but also contribute valuable insights to the ecosystem about building effective financial tools for crypto organizations.
