In an effort to understand, improve and maintain QuarkID, we propose it should be led by the community.

Given that the quark protocol is open source, we are free to create our own initiative and explore different implementations.

We want to kick off this initiative by organizing a meetup at the hub this Friday, May 16. An overview of the protocol will be given, and we look to understand common problems encountered.
