Hey Aleph community
A few weeks ago I exchanged a few tweets with @Santicristobal and had a great chat with Simón, where I shared what I was building — he encouraged me to post here
0. Intro to the Program
EWL (Education Without Limits) is a new educational service designed to be an alternative for school.
It’s not after-school, it’s not Montessori (still school), and it’s not homeschooling. Just like Airbnb is an alternative to hotels, Uber to taxis, and Bitcoin to fiat money — we will be an alternative to school, deployable in any physical space, like houses or coworkings
In 2026, we’ll run the first pilot: a year-long, AI-first, curiosity-driven learning experience for 30–40 teenagers (ages 13–15).
We believe this pilot can become a global reference point for how freedom, decentralization, and tech can transform education from the ground up.
1. Team
Education Without Limits (EWL) is led by Ulises D. Juárez, a lawyer, entrepreneur and self-taught education specialist. The project is already in conversations with strategic partners and early-stage investors, and it’s backed by a world-class advisory team with experience in education, technology, and business.

Beyond this core, there are over 100 highly respected figures — from leading academics, to founders, investors, and educators across multiple countries — who are deeply interested in helping make this project a reality.
We’re fully aware that earning the trust of students, families, and the broader ecosystem requires more than vision — it requires visible alignment with respected institutions. That’s why we plan to build an Academic Council made up of former education ministers, researchers, and credible educators, and to partner with entrepreneurs and organizations such as Mercado Libre, Ripio, Vercel, Fundación Varkey, etc, and others who bring legitimacy, expertise, and long-term backing.
3. Program Goal & Alignment with Crecimiento
To launch the pilot of a new ai-first educational service designed to replace traditional school.
The model is designed from first principles to be 10x better: no grades, no subjects, no teachers, no classrooms.
Students will learn driven by their curiosity, solve multidisciplinary daily challenges, build projects connected to the real world, visit companies, develop critical thinking through Socratic dialogues, and grow the life skills we all wish we had learned when we were younger.
They still master math and other essentials, but through what they genuinely care about — like Formula 1 or technology — not abstract content.
Students will always be under the care of dedicated tutors and engaged in respectful, focused work on their projects.
I like to say: It’s the kind of learning experience a 13yo Guille Rauch would have dreamed of.
Alignment with Crecimiento
EWL is strongly aligned with Crecimiento in three key ways:
- It’s decentralized — deployable anywhere, without reliance on legacy institutions.
- It prioritizes freedom and autonomy — learners choose their path, guided by curiosity and AI.
- It’s built on technology — combining human mentorship with intelligent systems to scale access to meaningful education.
We’re not building a better version of the system — we’re building a freer, lighter, far from the state and more crypto-native alternative. That’s why this feels like a natural fit.
3. Expected Impact
Milestones & Outcomes
30–40 students engaged full-time throughout 2026
Daily projects, demos, and real-world learning documented
Strong visibility and media interest around the experiment
Partnerships with aligned builders, creators, and investors
Open-source insights shared with the broader ecosystem
Clear signals of student engagement, satisfaction, and intrinsic motivation
Success Metrics
- Student satisfaction and family feedback (measured regularly)
- Willingness to attend daily — more like going to Disney than going to school
- Projects shipped, documented, and connected to the real world
- Measurable productivity and time-on-task during self-directed work
- Standardized academic assessments to track core learning progress (where relevant)
- Community engagement, mentor participation, and builder collaboration
- Demand for replication across LATAM post-pilot
4. Required Support
Operational:
Renting space at Aleph Hub throughout 2026 and becoming part of the community.Mentorship & Guidance:
Strategic conversations with Crecimiento-aligned builders and thinkersMarketing & Promotion:
Visibility through Crecimiento channels, events, and communityNetworking & Collaboration:
Introductions to founders, educators, crypto-natives, and aligned investors
While our main need is operational — a space to bring this learning experience to life — we’d love to stay open to any additional ways to collaborate with the Crecimiento ecosystem throughout the year.
Our intention is to forge a long-term partnership — one that grows over the years
We’re happy to discuss flexible terms and find a setup that works well for everyone.
5. Timeline
- Now → Q1 2026
Product development, final hiring, infrastructure design, round close - Q2–Q4 2026
Pilot execution: 5 days/week learning experience at Aleph Hub - Post-2026
Potential replication in other spaces/cities/countries
Risks & Mitigation
- Regulatory risk: Covered via enrollment in a U.S.-accredited high school partner.
- Perception risk: Addressed by building an Academic Council and seeking partnerships with trusted institutions.
- Quality risk: Managed through continuous feedback from students and families, tracking both engagement and learning progress.

I really feel this might be one of the most naturally aligned places in the world for this project.
Would love to talk, and hear thoughts or ideas from the community
